Through the Mirror w/Larry Sinclair

NED, George Zimmerman DID NOT STALK Martin, FACTS will determine the case, NOT OPINION OR INUENDO. He did NOTHING to constitute "stalking" under any legal definition–notice NO claims by law enforcement that he did so, has NOT been charged in that regard. Under Fla. Law, Section 776.012: "However a person is JUSTIFIED in the use of deadly force and does NOT have a DUTY TO RETREAT if: 'he or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to: 'prevent imminent death OR GREAT BODILY HARM to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony'". FURTHERMORE Fla Statute 776.032 states: the law enforcement agency "MAY NOT arrest the person for using force UNLESS it determines that there is probable cause that the force that was used was UNLAWFUL." There it is in black and white NED, Zimmerman keeping track of Martin was NOT ILLEGAL, Martin being in the area was NOT ILLEGAL–but neither action gave reason for ATTACK. He was arrested and taken to local JAIL, they followed legal protocol by releasing Zimmerman after 5 HOURS OF DETENTION and turned the case to state attorney's office for review.
Hi Larry,
I like you but you're losing me. I wish Rense network nothing but the best and hope you succeed but at the very least…
Zimmerman need to be arrested and stand trial. He stalked (then killled) someone. If he's not guilty a jury of his peers need to make that decision. In my mind he's already convicted.
And he is a flight risk. In fact If he's not in Israel right now (having been helped out by his father) I will be completely surprised
Ned:
You are entitled to your view on the Martin shooting. Under the facts as they are known currently, I respectfully disagree.
depends how it affects you, you still stink five centuries later!
Larry,
I like the guitar rif bumber music on you radio show. What is it? Congratulations on you new radio show. Wishing you big success
