“After we win this election, it’s our turn. Payback time. Everyone not with us is against us and they better be ready because we don’t forget. The ones who helped us will be rewarded, the ones who opposed us will get what they deserve. There is going to be hell to pay. Congress won’t be a problem for us this time. No election to worry about after this is over and we have two judges ready to go,” reads the alleged statement of Iranian-born Valerie Jarrett, senior adviser to Barack Obama, and whose office in the West Wing is rumored to be the real Oval Office in the White House. Just exactly what does Jarrett mean? This statement, echoed by Obama’s “vote for revenge” comment, definitely raises questions as to the possibility of a White House hit list to punish those who have shown adversity to Barack Obama, while rewarding those whom they considered to be loyal.
That being said, what are the implications of such a statement to Americans? History tells us (and a lot of us remember) Richard Nixon’s now infamous enemies list. Nixon’s list, however, was a lot shorter and he kept his list a secret. Obama makes no secret of the way he feels about anyone who opposes him. He and his “other brain” are quick to ridicule, chide, rebuke, and outright lie to mete out public humiliation to opponents of his administration.
A 2009 Globe Magazine article revealed Obama’s top 25 enemies. The list includes: Glenn Beck, Larry Sinclair, Joe Wilson, Sarah Palin, Sean Hannity, Orly Taitz, Pat Boone, Jon Voight, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Rupert Murdoch, Jesse Jackson, Dick Cheney, Bill O’Reilly, Toby Keith, Rex Rammell, Hank Williams Jr., Steven Anderson, Saul Anuzis, Bill Cunningham, Paul Krugman, John Rich, Wiley Drake, Alex Jones and Michelle Malkin. In three years, the list has expanded to include: Humana (and other insurance companies), Chrysler Corporation, The First and Second Amendments, Christian religions, the coal industry, the Tea Party Movement, Fox News, the US Military, US House of Representatives, Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, Ron Paul, Clint Eastwood, Jason Chavetz, Trey Gowdy, Allen West, John McCain, Mitt Romney donors, and anyone who opposes Obamacare.
So how does the Leftist administration plan to pay us back? In a myriad of ways. Obama and Jarrett have hundreds of government agencies at their disposal to do their bidding. Barack Obama’s Truth Team seeks out individuals and lists their names and their infractions on the Obama/Biden Truth Team website. Based on this website, it seems that an enemies list does exist and the agencies that carry out their marching orders from Obama and Jarrett are reprehensible. Yet, Congress funds these agencies when they have the power of the country’s checkbook.
For example, in Idaho, a Romney donor, Frank VanderSloot, has had repeated harrassment from the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor. A farmer in Michigan was raided by Michigan’s Department of Natural Resources and faced arrest for violating the new “Invasive Species Order.” Under the new order, traditional livestock are considered an invasive species, and the farmer destroyed his pigs before his arrest could be affected. These are only a couple of accounts of retribution from the Obama administration. It’s happening all over the country. More Americans need to realize that the oligarchy is in place with hundreds of thousands of foot soldiers to do its bidding.
Americans have been under attack from agencies, such as the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Homeland Security, but have no recourse except the Department of Justice, which has also been exacting “justice” on entire groups of people, e.g. the state of Arizona. We are all subject to retribution by this administration. Ohio voters, for and against Obama, who are food stamp recipients will see their benefits cut $50 per month starting in January, yet Obama bypassed Congress last March and gave the Muslim Brotherhood $1.5B, according to breitbart.com. Congress controls the purse strings and can defund any program or agency it wants.
So, how does one arrive at the position of Senior adviser and assistant to the president for intergovernmental affairs and public engagement? Jarrett’s father was working for an American aid program in Shiraz, Iran when Jarrett was born in 1956. Her mother, Barbara Bowman, who is the daughter of Robert Rochon Taylor, the first black person to become the head of the Chicago Housing Authority, was involved in training the first preschool teachers for the federally-funded Head Start program. Jarrett’s late father-in-law is Chicago Sun-Times columnist Vernon Jarrett, a key member of the South Chicago communist left of the late 1940s, according to browsebiography.com. With an inside track to Chicago-style politics, Jarrett left her lucrative job as a corporate lawyer for a desk at City Hall as Mayor Harold Washington’s corporation counsel. When Washington died of a heart attack in 1987, Jarrett stayed and became Mayor Richard M. Daley’s deputy chief of staff, her biography continues.
“While in Chicago, Jarrett’s reported income was a $300,000 salary and $550,000 in deferred compensation from The Habitat Executive Services, Inc. The Wall Street Journal also reported she disclosed payments of more than $346,000 for service on boards of directors that reflect her political ties, and work in Chicago real estate and community development,” according to John D. McKinnon and T.W. Farnam. Why would someone who made that kind of money leave their position to accept payment of $172,200 per annum as Senior adviser and assistant to the president for intergovernmental affairs and public engagement? It could be as John Kennedy answered when he was asked why he had sought the presidency, “For the power.”
